Free Home Maintenance Evaluations
A free home evaluation service inspired by Golden Valley’s Residential Property Maintenance Code offers professional home improvement advice to any resident who wants it, first-come, first-served.
The City of Golden Valley has teamed up with the non-profit Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) Financial Resources, which will send an expert to your home for inspection, advice, and unbiased opinions at no charge. CEE officials will even help you list priorities for future improvement projects.
The City has a limited budget for these services, so they are available on a first come, first served basis.
